Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Unhurried Letters are mailed at the beginning of each month.

    If you join on or before the 25th, you'll receive the next month's letter.

    If you join after the 25th, your first letter will be the following month so I have enough time to prepare everything.

    Once mailed, most U.S. letters arrive within 3–10 business days. International delivery can take 2–6 weeks, depending on your location.

  • Each month includes:

    • A heartfelt letter from me
    • An original 4x6 art print
    • Hand-designed stickers
    • A surprise paper good (bookmark, challenge card, stationery piece, etc.)
    • A journal prompt or Scripture study card

    Every month revolves around a different theme designed to encourage a slower, more intentional, Christ-centered life.

  • Absolutely.

    There are no contracts or commitments. If The Unhurried Letters are no longer a good fit, you can cancel at any time.

    hello@leahboaz.com before the 25th of the month and I'll take care of it for you.

    To make sure your next letter goes to the right place, please send any address or billing updates before the 25th of the month.

  • Snail mail is part of the charm, but occasionally mail gets delayed or lost.

    For U.S. members, please allow up to 2 weeks after mailing. For international members, please allow up to 6 weeks.

    If your letter still hasn't arrived, email me at hello@leahboaz.com and I'll make it right.

    Before reaching out, double-check that the mailing address on your receipt is correct, as that's the most common reason letters don't arrive.
